This is new for U.S. Bank and very much on the leading edge for the financial services industry. This project was initiated in 2015 and thanks to your work, it launched on schedule with all the expected features. This was a big undertaking, including having to first upgrade the CRM system to Microsoft Dynamics. The point of all of my summary explanation is that the NBA launch is a big deal to U.S. Bank!
